Take off your jewelry before engaging in activities that might cause sweating or contact with water.

Store properly

Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or a soft pouch.

Clean regularly

Clean your jewelry gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. For gemstones also use a soft cloth.

Handle with care

Gemstones are delicate, and sterling silver can scratch or dent. Handle your jewelry with care and avoid dropping it.

    If needed, email us within 3 days of receiving your jewelry. Subject line: "Return Jewelry Request" Attach your invoice — we'll help you through the return process.

    You will receive a purchase invoice with your order. Please keep this invoice for any inquiries.

    Returns

    If you need to return an item, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving the jewelry. Please include "Return Jewelry Request" in the subject line and attach your invoice.

    Jewelry Restoration

    If your jewelry tarnishes it's colour we will do it for free for the first 6 months but later we will have a nominal charge less than other clients to re-polish and restoration. How it works: 1 Email us at mooshinesapphires@gmail.com with the subject "jewelry restoration request" 2 attach the invoice sent to you. 3 once we receive the item from you we will assess what to do and do our best from our side to restore. After 6 months we will have a fair charge.
