Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and proof of purchase.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@moonshinesapphires.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will replace or repair the item at no extra cost.

Important Notes

  • Returns shipped without prior communication will not be accepted.

  • Moonshine Sapphires is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and final clearance pieces are non-refundable.
